$5/1 Toy Story DVD Coupon

In anticipation of Toy Story's release I have been looking for coupons. I did manage to find this $5/1 Toy Story Edition Blu-ray or DVD combo pack. It expires 3/30. I am hoping that as the release gets closer there will be a better coupon, but just in case $5 is better than no coupon at all.

Princess and the Frog on DVD or Blu Ray for .99

One of the reasons I love couponing is so I can score movies for WAY less! Here is an awesome scenario that will let you purchase Disney's Princess and the Frog for .99 after coupons and 2 mail in rebates. Step 1: Target has Princess and the Frog on sale for $15.99.
Use this $5/1 printable coupon for Princess and the Frog on DVD or Blu Ray expires 4/30


Step 2: Purchase 2 Bandaid products and submit for a $5 rebate. Purchases must be made between 3/14/2010 and 6/30/2010 and postmarked by 7/31/2010. Use this Target coupon for $1/1 Band-aid Bandages


Step 3: Purchase any roll of FrogTape Multi-Surface (24mm, 36mm, or 48mm) painters tape and submit for this $5 rebate. Purchases must be made between 3/14/2010 and 5/31/2010 and need to me postmarked by 6/30/2010.

Both rebates do not require you to purchase the movie and the products on the same receipt. Both rebates also allow for photocopies of the receipt and Disney movies have 2 proofs of purchases tabs on the DVD that you can send in with the rebates.

Tip- Last night in one of my classes I was told that Princess and the Frog was sold out at almost every Target in the valley. Take your ad to Walmart and price match.

Both deals are great deals! I was unable to find Monsters Inc at my local Target, and since I don't have a blu ray player I figured the best thing to do was to just pick it up from Walmart. It required less leg work on my part, but if you don't mind printing off a couple extra coupons and you have another copy of Monsters Inc., you essentially end up with 2 movies for only $1 more. Another gift marked off my Santa list! I love the ART of coupon usage!

Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure

Yesterday I shared with you a $10 off coupon for Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure combo pack here. The best place I have seen to buy it was at Toy's R Us for $21.99 minus your $10 coupon. If you spend $40 or more on Disney's Fairies you will get a FREE Fairies Lantern valued at $12.99. If you don't have a Toy's R Us nearby take the ad from Sunday's paper to Walmart or Target and price match it. If you do have a Toy's R Us nearby it might be worth going because their Halloween candy was marked down to 40% off.

Hopefully this can cut down the cost of the movie for some of you. I am going to hold out for a little while and see if I can score a better deal on it and use it as a present at Christmas time. You have until 12/31/09 to use the rebate and to buy the products and it must be post marked by Jan. 8th. The Hostess coupons don't expire until 12/31 either, so it might be worth waiting. Keep you eyes open and let'see what we can score!

Coupons for DVDS

At Sony's Staycation website you can choose a retail store ( Best Buy or Target were in our area) and a $2 off a Staycation DVD or $3 off a staycation BluRay disc coupon will come up. Below the 2 coupons are a list of about a dozen different titles that the coupon is good on at each retail store. The coupon expires 10/31/09.

I looked online at a few of the prices on the DVDS at Target and here they are. I am not sure if the prices vary from online, but I imagine they are close. Especially when they say stores only.

• Little Women : $7.50 (stores only)
• Madeline: $5.00 (stores only)
• Pink Panther: $7.50 wide screen (in stores only)
• Annie: $9.00 (in stores only) special anniversary edition full screen and restored
• My Best Friends Wedding: $7.50 (stores only)
• Hitch $7.50 (stores only)
• Matilda: $4.75 on sale in store this week only (WOW only $2.75 to buy after coupon)

If you used a $2 off coupon that would make a GREAT deal on a new DVD. While I was at Target I also noticed a lot of other titles were on sale for $4.75. They were up at the front near the registers. I haven't checked the above prices myself, but I figured that they are worth checking out if you go. When you get back let us know what you were able to find!

Where to Buy Snow White DVD

Today is the release date for Snow White! The best places I have seen to buy the DVD is at Walmart for $19.96 or Toys R Us for $19.99.

• The $5 Mail in Rebate I talked about here.
• And wait, another $5 rebate here! This rebate will accept photocopies of your receipt, so you could participate in BOTH mail in rebates.

This will bring the cost of the DVD down to......FREE by time all is said and done! How exciting is that. Who would have thought by using coupons you could get Snow White for FREE! Now the only question is do I wait to use it as a gift at Christmas or break it open tonight for movie night? What are you doing with yours?
