Its Wednesday! That means the new grocery lists are up! Check them out below:
Remember that if you cant make it to the store on Wednesday's to see what days the stores near you restock the shelves. If there is still an item you really want and they don't have it ask
for a rain check so you can pick it up at a great price (and use your coupons) the next time you are at the grocery store.

How to Read the Coupon Index Column
When you check out the printable grocery shopping lists from Grocery Smarts, do you ever wonder what all that lingo in the coupon index column means? Here it is all explained for you.
The other common question we get asked is what does DND and DNT mean?
DND and DNT mean, do not double and do not triple. If there is ever a double coupon day (rare here in Utah) it just means those coupons will not be able to be doubled or even tripled.
The Grocery Smarts Lists are Up
Just a reminder that many grocery stores sales refresh on Wednesday. Be sure to check them out and figure out where you are going to shop this week. Like I said earlier the sales have been some what slow, but I can see this week they are picking back up. I am not sure where I will be shopping yet; decisions, decisions. Where will you be shopping this week after looking at the lists?
Where are the Grocery Smarts Lists?
Have you tried to go grocery shopping the last couple days and found no list to use? Thanksgiving is on a Thursday and as most of you know the sale ads generally run until Wednesday. To accommodate Thanksgiving they ran the ads a couple days longer, but now there are NO ads to run. The stores take a little break and will resume the regular sales this coming Wednesday.
I enjoy this little break each year. This is one of the times that a giant food storage is nice to have and all I do is run in for my fresh food items. Take advantage of this little break and start making your holiday baking list and figure out what you have on hand and what items you'll need to find at the upcoming sales!
