This week I am planning my meals around Smith's list.
Breakfast
Fruit Salad and cold cereals
Yogurt, toast and cantaloupe
Eggs, sausage and toast
Omelets and hash browns with juice
Eggo Bakeshops with peach and milk
Bagels, cream cheese and orange juice


Lunch
Cottage Cheese, fruit and graham crackers
Tony's Pizza with steamed carrots and milk
Turkey Sandwiches with goldfish and Capri suns
Granola bars, crackers and cheese and fruit snacks
Peanut butter and homemade jelly sandwiches with fruit smoothies
Chicken nuggets and veggies with dip


Dinner
T-Bone steaks, baked beans and corn on the cob
Baked Potato bar
Lemon Chicken and rice
Pulled Pork with coleslaw and homemade sweet potato fries
Hot Dogs and Hamburgers with watermelon and potato salad
BBQ ribs, corn salsa and coleslaw

Chips and salsa
Grapes
Nut Clusters
Popcorn

Desserts
Klondike bars
brownies
Peanut butter blossoms
