My son was diagnosed with Autism at the beginning of 2010. At first it was completely overwhelming. All that was handed to me was a tissue and a stack of papers that read "Start Here". After crying and feeling sorry for myself, I decided I was going to do everything I could to help my son. I immediately began immersing myself into learning what Autism was and what options my son and our family had. This section of the blog is where I will share with you what resources I have found helpful.
My son and I are still embarking on this scary journey together, so this list will be updated often.

There is a great blog called fireandsalt.blogspot.com that has so many great recipes for Gluten Free. I have a son that was on the diet for about a year and now have a sister and nephew. This blogs has so many recipe that don't taste any different than the regular stuff. Some of it is better!
